Give thanks for the new Alpha Course and pray for the guests to know Christ themselves.

We believe that God answers prayer. We have specific prayer meetings at the following times:

1^st Friday of each month (young peoples work)	11:00am	Church lounge
1st Sunday of month (Mission)	after 10am service	Church lounge

PRAYER FOR OUR COMMUNITY
1) 6:45am each Tuesday at Russell Park to pray for the job and work situation, credit situation and debt.
2) 12:45pm each Wednesday at at the Castle mound to pray for the town
3) 2:15pm each Thursday at the Jaffa Orchard (upstairs) to pray for the Jaffa and local community.

PRAYER BREAKFAST
We will be having a prayer breakfast on 30th January 2010 from 8:00 to 9:30am in the church halls.

Prayer Time

Give thanks for the Alpha Course and pray for the 17 guests to know Christ themselves.

Give thanks for the Rock Solid weekend away and pray for the young people to grow in their faith.
Pray for our financial needs to be met by God this year, for your own contribution to resourcing God's ministry amongst us, and an increasing number of people giving regularly by Standing Order/Gift Aid.
Pray for the planning/preparations for the church weekend away and for our guest speaker Revd Howard Peskett

Pray for Martin Goldsmith, our Lent Course speaker, and for our own faith to grow. Give thanks and pray for John Brice, our caterer for the six evenings.

Pray for 5 people to be willing to stand for the PCC.
Pray for God to bless our annual meeting and for it to be encouraging for all of us.
Pray for all you know who are presently seeking employment, for success to come very soon.
Pray for the Mayor and his Cabinet as they serve the local community.
Pray for God to bless the shops and businesses of Castle Road and the Devon Park estate, within our parish.
Pray for Richard Hibbert, for God's continued healing and a reduction in the unpleasant side-effects.

Pray for God's healing touch on John Betteley and the Betteley family, including John's sister Audrey Bayley, Ken Bowden, Dennis Davies, Robert Leggat, Jane Price, Dorothy and Stanley Pullinger, and Gary Townsend (Verity's brother).
