If you would like to make a prayer request then please contact us.

We believe that God answers prayer. We have specific prayer meetings at the following times:

PRAYER BREAKFAST
We will be having a prayer breakfast on 31st July 2010 from 8:00 to 9:30am in the church halls.

Every month we produce a prayer guide to help focus prayer on important issues. This is available in church or from the church office.

This week's prayer points

Give thanks for the Horlock family and for all the blessings they have given us over the last three years.
Give thanks for Jon Burrows and the UCCF team's trip to Belarus, now concluded, and pray that the Belarus students remain faithful in following Jesus.
Give thanks for the positive response financially to the 24 hours of prayer, for the increased number of donors to the church and that God will provide all our financial needs this year.
Pray for God's blessing and encouragement on our elderly and especially on 'Holiday at Home' (2nd, 3rd and 5th August)
Pray for the Alpha Course, starting Wednesday 15th September and for those that you can invite to this course.
Pray for our young people who are attending various Christian summer camps. Emily Hibbert and Kitty Hamilton are at Ovingdean 24/31 July,
Pray for Kay Murphy and Simon Berrington, marrying Saturday July 31st.
Pray that families would have good summer holidays and pray for spiritual rest and refreshment for yourself and others you know.
Pray for any you know are seeking employment, that it would come speedily.
Pray for those you know whose marriages are under stress, that they will seek the Lord's strength to sort out their problems.
Pray for God's healing touch on Doris Boness, Robert Leggat, Stanley and Dorothy Pullinger, Geoff Taylor, Carol Willliams, Peter Goldthorpe (Duncan's father), Jo (Sherilyn Leck's sister-in-law), Tim Day (Jon's brother), Rebecca, (Mary Shaw's daughter) and William (Christine Harrison's brother).
